Return policy

Hard goods
Returns will not be accepted for products that are used or not in original packaging including factory seals. DOA products will be even exchanged for a working unit. Special order/pre-order items will incur a 25% restocking fee to cover the fees charged to us by our vendors.

Livestock
Livestock is not refundable. We only hand deliver,we do not ship, so all livestock will be received by you in great condition. We cannot control the care of fish or coral after it leaves our possession. This policy is the same at most local retail stores and online vendors that allow walk-ins. This is not to say we will not honor a livestock death, but each instance will be handled on a case by case basis. Freshwater livestock will be given the most leniency.
